Our customer came to us, looking for help & guidance with regard to designing and managing a complete "fit-out" project from start to finish as they had grown out of their current industrial unit. After discussing their requirements in great detail (both current & future) we installed a 180m2 mezzanine floor designed to give a uniformal distributed load of 5Kn/m2 along with 2No. staircases to comply with means of escape fire regulations.

The entire underside of the structure & supporting columns were cladded to give 1 Hour Fire Resistance protection which meant that offices could be built at either level. Demountable, fire rated partitions were installed in a colour scheme selected by our customer to match their corporate identity. Other works included - Electrics, Wall Lining (taped & jointed to leave smooth, flat finish), Floor Coverings - Carpet & Vinyl types, Decoration throughout, New Kitchen Area & Toilets (c/w plumbing), Heating, Warehouse Lighting & Building Regulation Approval.

This project was completed ahead of time and not a penny over budget leaving us with another very satisfied customer.
