Textile Company - Hucknall, Nottinghamshire (Mezzanine Floor)

An expanding local textile company purchased a newly built warehouse in Nottingham and contacted T2 to help them to fully utilise their space efficiently. We installed a 300m2 - Industrial mezzanine floor for storage purposes along 3 walls giving it a unique "C" shape. To optimise the available cubic capacity of the building, the new mezzanine floor was built over an existing blockwork office area, thus creating additional storage space. T2 completed the project on time and to the exact originally quoted price in our quotation leaving our customer very happy.

Car Interiors Manufacturer - Staffordshire (Turn Key Project)

We were tasked with installing a new canteen & QA Area within a 2 week period to coincide with our customers shutdown period on a new mezzanine floor. Works involved Jumbo stud partitions, Free-standing office partitioning, Wall Lining -
(dry-lining), Fire rated suspended ceiling to the underside of the mezzanine floor, Electrics, Plumbing, Decoration works throughout and heavy duty contract flooring. Our customer could not believe what had been achieved in the time-scale and the installation was ready for their employees when returning to work after their shutdown and was delighted that we did not compromise their production facility.
 
 

 

National Glass - Repair & Replacement Company - Nottingham

Small industrial mezzanine floor for additional storage / office space within a newly built industrial unit in Hucknall. Completed within 48 hours including the installation of 1 Hour Fire Protection in the form of a fire rated suspended ceiling to the underside of the mezzanine floor steelwork. Our customer is so pleased with T2 Storage Solutions that we have received further orders for other sites around the country as they expand their business.

 

Game Manufacturer, Nottingham

Large Mezzanine Floor (1,600m2) to form a new storage / working platform. This was a particularly tricky installation as the mezzanine floor had to be installed over an existing conveyor and carton live storage system without compromising our customers 24 hour operation. This was a complex, well planned multi product installation carried out under CDM regulations. Other works involved 1 Hour Fire Protection, Goods Lift, Lighting to underside & Smoke detection. This project was carried out on time and to budget leaving our customer delighted with the installation. Phase 2 involved building Stow longspan shelving on the mezzanine floor to re-accomodate their Euro-Direct department without compromising their operational works.
 
 
 
 
 

Adult Novelties - Newark, Notts (Multi Product Project)

An expanding local supplier of adult novelties recently moved into a new industrial unit in Newark. They asked T2 Storage Solutions to design their warehouse to fully utilise all the available space. After discussing the project at length we installed a new 5KN/m2 Mezzanine Floor, Stow Pallet Racking, Unirack Shelving, Longspan Shelving and Lighting (both floors) c/w a smoke detection system. We handled all the Building Regulation Applications on our customers behalf. All the work was completed within a 2 week period and to the exact budget we had agreed prior to starting the installation.
 
 
 
 
 
Telecommunications Company - Kettering (Office Refurbishments)
T2 Storage Solutions were asked to install new office accommodation to an existing mezzanine floor area previously used for storage purposes. Our works involved wall lining, office partitioning, suspended ceilings c/w sound insulating quilt overlay, electrics, carpet tiles, internal blinds within double glazed windows, decoration and ventilation.
